Nicole Pikulin
(she/her)
I use my core personal values to drive all of the decisions I make. I am always looking for ways to be more creative, more balanced and to be a better listener.
I care deeply about the work I do, the people I work with and the balanced life I try to lead. I am a nurturer.
I am also an ICF certified coach. My training is through iPEC Coaching Program.
I am proud to be a mother, partner and leader.
Leadership manifestoI don't wait for permission to be right. When I see a problem the rest of the org hasn't named yet, I build something that makes it undeniable — a prototype, a pilot, a sprint, a deck with the numbers already in it. Conviction is easy to dismiss. Proof isn't.
I lead the same way I build: give people room to own their work end to end, and trust them to bring me the hard parts, not the finished version they think I want to see. Most of what makes a team good never shows up in a case study. It shows up in whether people feel safe enough to tell you the truth before it becomes a problem.
I'd rather show someone the future than pitch it to them.
